Kenosha resides right in the heart of the Milwaukee-Chicago corridor. Access to these bustling cities is great, but Kenosha has a personality of its own. There's a charm about the area that makes it appealing to both live and work. A balance between large and small, old and new, attracts a wide variety of people to the area. It's also piqued the interest of businesses as a place for new corporate investment. In 2016, Clark Dietz moved into the historic Kenosha National Bank after renovating the sixth floor into a full open concept office. A couple of years later our firm was honored with a 2018 Ovation Awards Forward Award for helping invigorate the city’s downtown business district. Being embedded in the community has been encouraging as we look forward to Kenosha County’s growing future and engineering quality of life for our neighbors.
We believe that the best way to serve our clients is to be a part of their communities. Not only that, it's fun to work in downtown Kenosha. Our staff enjoys frequenting local restaurants and taverns. You might catch us having a small team meeting at The Buzz Cafe or lunch at Kaiser's Pizza & Pub or Slip 56. Even the winter season is lively with an outdoor ice rink at Veterans Memorial Park and the Snow Daze Festival in February which features talented local ice sculptors. Quite a buzz will stir in the office when a new establishment opens or downtown improvements are being made. Everyone gets excited to check out what's happening and we become hopeful in imagining what will pop up next.
Here's what some of our staff have to say about working in downtown Kenosha:
"Working in downtown Kenosha has been a breath of fresh air. There’s always something new to see and explore. The lake is just steps from our office along with parks, beaches, restaurants, breweries, and other amenities offering a variety of nearby entertainment and dining opportunities. Also, it’s always a treat to watch the various trolleys go by from the office windows!" - Patrick Davis, Graphic Designer |

"Kenosha has big city amenities without the stress. When I need some inspiration or a break from the office, there are comfortable getaways within walking distance, my favorite place being the beautiful Lake Michigan. I like being able to quickly access the lake and not worry about crowds." -Christine Ingaldson, Marketing Communications Manager |
